Childhood friends turned business partners, we founded Autelix out of a shared passion for cars and technology.

Jake brings over 15 years of locksmith experience and has been teaching auto opening courses since 2016. Callum complements this with deep expertise in electronics, programming, and cybersecurity - from repairing laptops to working with ICs and EEPROM data. Together, we saw the gap in Nottingham: too few full-range auto locksmiths, long wait times, and customers left paying dealership premiums (plus towing). Autelix was our answer: a mobile, expert-led service that gets drivers back on the road quickly and fairly.

Our Name

Autelix is a play on auto electrics — chosen during a football match where a 96th-minute winner settled the decision. It reflects both our passion for vehicles and the energy we put into solving problems under pressure.
